Camerock 2.0 by Mattfig (Kemper profiles demo)

Camerock 2.0 by Mattfig (Kemper profiles demo)
Kemper Rig Showcase from Have Guitar!

Mattfig has released a brand new version of his Kemper profile pack Camerock – the Camerock 2.0! These profiles recreates the sound of a Cameron CCV – described by its creator as “one pissed off amp” and here you have some really fat sounds, if that is what you are after! The Cameron CCV is a 100 watt, two-channel head equipped with EL34 tubes and it’s an in-your-face monster amp. Sounds perfect for a great profile pack to me and it is too!

The Camerock 2.0 comes with both Studio as well as Direct profiles and you’ll get a taste of both kinds in this video. Of all the Kemper profiles packs from Mattfig that I have tried I do think this is one of my favourites!

Sorry, there’s no good link to Cameron amps as they do not exist anymore. Seems to have been quite a drama around that with drugs, women, undelivered products and what not. If you are interested just google “what happend to cameron amps”, it is not my story to tell.

So, I certainly hope you’ll like this video and if so please do subscribe to Have Guitar for more wonky videos! People who don’t like this video should still subscribe to be able to learn to like my videos and thus making their lifes 101 % better. To each and everyone already sub’ing: Thanks!!!

Kemper Rig Showcase from Have Guitar!

It’s a new profile pack from ReampZone – Suhr Badger Kemper profiles! This is some serious tones we’re talking about and the pack comes with Direct, Merged and Studio profiles. It’s obviously an amp that comes with its own personality and also a very flexible little badger… well, I’m not gonna try to explain the sound in words, just have a listen to the demos in my video instead!

As always, a nag from me to you about subscribing to Have Guitar… your support means everything so please just do it. 🙂 To each and everyone of you who already do sub – Thank You!!!

Pvy JSX by Guidorist (Kemper profiles demo)
Kemper Rig Showcase from Have Guitar!

So, it’s a requested Rig Showcase this time – Guidorists Pvy JSX Kemper profile pack. Yep, that is profiles taken from a Peavey JSX amplifier and while this pack only has five profiles (my pack has five… I think the one at Guidorists webshop now has six) they make up for it with the great tone you will get. The pack comes with one clean profile and four higain monsters, great sustain and well, they just sound good.

Slightly shorter video than usual as it’s a small pack… I choose the ESP Phoenix II for it’s high output and then the Schecter Custom E-1 as those humbuckers are slightly less hot and definitely has a different character than the ESP.

I hope you’ll like this video and if you don’t already – please do subscribe to Have Guitar for more guitar related videos! As always thanks to all you who already do!!

Freebie Metal Pack by ReampZone (Kemper profiles demo) + competition

Freebie Metal Pack by ReampZone (Kemper profiles demo) + competition
Kemper Rig Showcase from Have Guitar!

Yay – ReampZone has just released a sweet free sample pack that contains ten Kemper profiles – the Freebie Metal Pack. Let me tell you, this is high quality profiles for your Kemper! As far as I can judge, none of these profiles are bad, actually they all sound bad ass. So, if you don’t have any commercial profiles this is an excellent opportunity to add some great sounding profiles to your Kemper. If you do have commercial profiles it’s still a great opportunity. Yes, mostly aimed for metal but that doesn’t mean you can’t use them for other styles as well.

And guess what? It’s time for a little “competition” here at Have Guitar! Or a give-away… but let’s call it a competition. So, I have a discount code to give away from ReampZone and that code will give You a discount of 100 dollars at ReampZones webshop. Yeah, that is right… it’s worth 100 dollars so you can buy a crap load of profiles from ReampZone. A very Big Thanks for ReampZone for this!

So how do you enter this competition?! It’s easy. In this video I have “hidden” four classic rock riffs/leads, identify at least one of those and send me an email: admin (at) haveguitar.com. Everyone who has identified at least one of those four licks correctly has an equal chance of winning the discount code. Two winners will get a Have Guitar t-shirt as runnerup price but if you do not want one please state that in your email, so I know. This competion is open until the 26th of April 2018, 00:00 CET. Good luck!

Here’s the index of amps/profiles featured in this demo:

02:04 – Soldano SL60
02:41 – Peavey JSX
03:12 – Diezel VH4
03:40 – Mesa DR

Rig Showcase by Have Guitar!

Have Guitar is very pleased to be able to bring you a spanking new Rig Showcase where I demo the new Kemper profile pack from ReampZone – the Diezel Einstein 100 profile pack! This is ReampZone’s favourite Diezel amp and the sounds you’ll find here is smokin’!

This ain’t a one trick pony, you’ll find anything from clean sounds up to brutally fat and tight high gain screamers here. Some of the profiles are boost with pedals like the custom Mental overdrive or the Fortin 33. All in all it’s very pleasing to play with and the fun never ends… until you turn off your Kemper.

I do hope you liked the video and if so, please do support me by subscribing to Have Guitar! You support is important and every sub counts! To all you already subscribing – Thanks, you are truly the best!

Updated ‘Plexed for Kemper’ and more

Live Ready Sound just released their “Plexed for Kemper” profile pack, you might have seen Have Guitars Rig Showcase on that, and now this profile pack has already been updated. The pack now contains 38 fine Kemper profiles and I say “fine” because that’s just what they are. Very nice captures from a Marshall Plexi amp.

Now if that is too hot for you, you might wanna check in the new “Tweed profiles” pack from Live Ready Sound. I’ve tested it and it sure sounds like a Tweed to me!

Note that both these packs are currently on sale, so get them now and any future updates for a nice price!

Kemper Rig Showcase from Have Guitar!

It’s … Have Guitars Kemper Rig Showcase and I’m veeeeery happy to demo a new pack from Live Ready Sound – Plexed For Kemper. A first batch of Kemper profiles taken from a Marshall “Plexi” that captures the essence of that classic amp in a very convincing way.

I’d say there is good variation in this pack, it includes a bunch of tonal options and they all sound very organic and transparent. This pack has its definitive place in every Marshall-loving Kemper-owners collection!
