Kemper Rig Showcase: ReampZones HH Electronics V-S Musician

Have Guitar proudly presents a blast from the past – it’s ReampZones new profile pack: HH Electronics V-S Musician! Is this the only commercial profile pack of this amp? Might very well be. Might be described as ahead of its time with circuits that emulates valves, while the amp in fact is a solid state of 100 watts.

HH Electronics was founded in 1968, manufacturing a range of solid state amplifiers. They were bought out by Laney amplification in the 90’s but somehow the company still resides in the West Midlands today. See the links below.

This is pack is not for the high gain lovers but don’t fret, there are some nice tones to be found here despite the “missing valve”-factor. As the profiles comes unboosted I will boost them myself with the Suhr Riot distortion and the MXR Zakk Wylde Berzerker overdrive pedals.

I hope you liked this video, please do subscribe to Have Guitar to give my channel a little support. It’s all free of course and just takes a click on the sub-button… As always – a very Big thanks to all of you already subscribing!

Kemper Rig Showcase: VH4 Kemper Profiles

Bonus Kemper Rig Showcase, thanks for the 300+ subs! \o/

Don’t you love the smell of diesel in the morning? Have Guitar stoutly presents a new Kemper Rig Showcase: VH4 Kemper profiles pack!

As you’ve probably already figured out this a rig pack that recreates the sound of a Diezel VH4 amplifier. This versatile 100 watts amp has four pre-amp channels, each with separate control for gain, EQ and master controls – something that kinda gives the VH4 a very characteristic look. It can take the role of as hi-gain metal beast but the flexibility makes it useful in many other genres as well.

Kemper Rig Showcase: Live Ready Sounds Triple Rectified EL34

Have Guitar presents a new Kemper Rig Showcase: Live Ready Sound’s Triple Rectified EL34 profile pack! And yes, as the name suggests it’s profiled from a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier, an amplifier that offers a barrage of different sound options. The Triple Rectifier offers three channels; the first is clean/pushed whilst the the second and third channels offers raw, modern high gain or vintage high gain.

This is the second Triple Rectified pack from Live Ready Sounds and in this profile pack the amp has been equipped with EL34 power tubes and yes… they make a big difference in the sound you’ll get out of the amp.

Kemper Rig Showcase: ReampZones Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet

Have Guitar is uber-excited to present a new Kemper Rig Showcase – ReampZone’s Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet!

Yes, it’s a (almost) brand new rig pack from ReampZone and it’s brutal! So what the heck means uberschall anyways? It’s german and it means super sonic – it’s designed for heavy and aggressive music styles. According to Bogner themselves it works especially well with detuned and baritone guitars. I’d say it works quite well with ordinary guitars as well and not only for extremely hard music.

So, don’t confuse this amp with the ordinary Bogner Uberschall. The Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet was introduced in 2009 and the Twin Jet part of the name implies that it has two channels: one clean that can go from semi clean to hot rodded high gain and one super high gain channel and to this added controls. This amplifier has some really interesting tones and a sound of its own. Just listen and judge for yourself!

And… this is the first Kemper Rig Showcase where I use the new lights. Still dialing in the settings to make the video better but I would say goodbye to those dark videos we’ve seen in the past!

Also – this is the first (but not last) Rig Showcase where I use the Ibanez Destroyer – a killer guitar, watch out for a review of that guitar here at Have Guitar in a near future!

And don’t forget – Fret Nut… Have Guitar! And watch out for those pesky jet’s.

Kemper Rig Showcase: Mattfigs Buddy and Camerica

(Sorry the planned video for ReampZones Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet had to be cancelled due to technical problems… working on solving that!)

Have Guitar is twice as happy as usual to be able to present to you – double feature Kemper Rig Showcase: Mattfigs Buddy and Camerica profile packs!

The Buddy profile pack is based on the Salvation Mods MTS Preamp Buddy – inspired by the american amplifier Budda® Superdrive 60 “with a unique vintage/modern feeling and very expressive voicings” according to the information on their website. To me it sounds like a more vintage style amp and it has some really good tones in it.

The Camerica profile back is based on Salvation Mods MTS preamp Camerica – inspired by the Cameron® Atomica amp (famous variation of Jose circuit), descibed as “High gain amp on HI mode, on LO mode hotrodded plexi with unique saturation”. This pack has some seriously good profiles and it sounds more “modern” than the Buddy.

Kemper Rig Showcase: Live Ready Profiles – Fried Chicken HBE

Have Guitar ostentatiously presents a new Kemper Rig Showcase – Live Ready Profiles Fried Chicken HBE profile pack! Now that name might give you a hint of what amplifier that has been profiled – it’s the Friedman BE-100 (brown eye!).

(As said in the video) Live Ready Profiles is a relatively new profiler that according to me needs some attention, when I got this pack was pleasantly surprised by both variety and quality of the profiles. So, even if I recently did another Kemper Rig Showcase on Mattfigs BE100, I still felt this had to be done.

On Friedmans webpage it’s described as “a hand-wired, 100-watt, EL34 powered, multi-channel British-style amp. By merely adjusting the gain and master volume controls, the BE100 can produce a variety of tones, seamlessly transitioning from blues to classic rock or hard rock to metal. To say it is British-styled is just the start of describing this inspiring tone machine”.

It’s a tone beast and I think anyone would be happy to own this amp however we can’t all afford it… and that’s what makes the KPA so fantastic!

Kemper Rig Showcase: ReampZones Framus Dragon (revisited!)

Have Guitar is boldly revisiting the dragons den in this (bonus!) Kemper Rig Showcase – ReampZones Framus Dragon rig pack!

ReampZone is about to update their Framous Dragon rig pack and Have Guitar! got a chance of testing out a preview pack of that update. It’s fat, it’s wicked and it screams… viciously. Very mean and very metal, if you ask me – or just have look at this Rig Showcase and judge for yourself.

Just wanted to say; the video starts out a bit dark but it gets better. Had some problems with my low quality light setup but no more! I recieved my new lighting kit today and it works really well so that will most likely cure any problems like this in the future, it’s getting better.

And don’t forget – Fret Nut… Have Guitar!

Kemper Rig Showcase: ReampZone Randall RD 20

Have Guitar heavily presents ReampZones Randall RD 20 – a Rig Showcase for the wicked! In this pack you’ll get both clean and hi-gain profiles and also both direct and studio profiles. This profile pack contains some seriously sweet profiles, profiles that has That tone – the one that just keeps you playing ’til your fingers bleed.

It’s all there and while this amp is mainly directed to metal heads I really do believe others can enjoy it as well. Have look and a listen to my rig showcase and judge for yourself!
