(Cover) Crazy Horses by The Osmonds

Merry Christmas to you all! I felt I should release something funny and with anxiety in my mind I decided to pick this cover that recorded a couple of years ago… This is a cover of a song that I first discovered covered by Tank, and maybe that’s why I like it so much? Still I think the original that is done by The Osmonds is a good song but the original video is really, erhm, silly. Not that mine is much better!

We used to play Crazy Horses as a cover back in the day, in a heavy version, so one day in 2018 I decided (for whatever reason!) to record it. Then, once it was recorded I thought to myself… maybe I should try doing the vocals? Mind you, I have not recorded my singing voice since the early 90’s. I was so-so satisfied by the result but as most of the people I have played for (a small selection of folks) seemed to think it was quite OK – why not? This’ll be my xmas video for you guys, hope you will like it!

That’s it, a new year is coming next video should Top 5 Kemper packs of 2020 – I hope I can squeeze in the recording somewhere in these holiday times! If you wanna support my channel – subscribe! The Storm by Live Ready Sound (Kemper profiles demo)

There’s a storm a-coming… in the form of a new Kemper profile pack from Live Ready Sound! These profiles recreates the sound of a Mesa Boogie Electra Dyne amplifier. As always with live ready sound you will get a load of profiles if you buy this pack!

According to Mesa Boogie the Electra Dyne is an easy to use amp in the style of the “british sound”. Read more about the actual amps features on the Mesa Boogie webpage, link provided below! As far as I can tell this amp offers pristine cleans up to really dirty gain, maybe not metal per se but well, high gain is there if you fancy it!

If you like the sound of this pack – go get it now while it’s on sale! See the link to Live Ready Sound just down below!!

By the way this is a 2-video-thursday, just as a little ‘bonus’. I am aslo planning on releasing something special on christmas day, just for the heck of it.

M AC10 by ToneJunkie (Kemper profiles demo)

Here’s a demo of ToneJunkie’s M AC10 – this is a video I recorded in August 2020, I have held on to it as a backup video in case I needed the break but as it’s about christmas time, how about two Kemper demo videos on one day?

This Kemper profile pack recreates the sound of a Morgan 10PM amplifier, which should be modern version of the VOX AC10 according to ToneJunkie. What you can expect is the normal (high) level of ToneJunkie quality, no metal but with some tweaks definitely rock to hard rock! Thumbs up on this one!
